Instructors often create their own activities and post their own materials to supplement the activities and content provided with their textbook.

With current technology offerings, uploading and/or creating an activity has been difficult. Also, these activities are often not included within the gradebook so instructors must grade them by hand. In addition to the complexity of creating activities, assigning instructor-created materials is not possible in most current systems.

Adding Instructor-created activities and materials (Instructor view)

Instructors can create their own activities and include them in their gradebook. These activities are also easily assigned!

	First the instructor clicks on Add Content.
	The instructor then chooses Instructor Activity to create an activity. When completed, the instructor can assign the newly created activities by using the same process seen on the previous screenshot.

Not only can instructors create their own activities, they can easily upload their own materials including documents, web pages and links with a few clicks and then assign them to students!
