Problems with your Course ID?

If you are a returning user who:

• used a MyLanguageLabs course with your textbook in a previous semester,
• purchased 24-month access,
• and received the following error after entering the Course ID you received from your instructor:
  
  
  

then you need to upgrade to the 2012/2013 Release (at no additional charge).

Click the button below and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade your account. Your new course will be labeled (2012/2013 Release) in the Your Courses and Products box. From there, you will enroll in your course using the Course ID provided by your instructor.

If you meet all of the above criteria except that you purchased 6-month access in a previous semester, you will need to purchase additional access for your new course. Return to www.mylanguagelabs.com, click Student under "Register," and follow the on-screen instructions.
